R&R for our "pets"

Here I am helping Mama and Daddy in the backyard! (May 24th)
They spend a lot of time planting, watering, and pulling weeds,
but it sure is beautiful and well worth it!

We have a nest of robins every year under our deck. There were 4 eggs this year!

Our pond is home to tons of frogs

You can see some of our Koi swimming around
(as well as the cattails that are creeping in to the center of the pond)

This is Chippy and he lives under the waterfall. He was awfully curious about my stroller and climbed into the basket underneath. Don't worry, I was sitting in Mama's lap!

We have 3 feeders in the back yard, so we are home to many birds. The little yellow finches are our favorite, especially when they take a bath in the water!

This is one of Daddy's favorite plants--a Bleeding Heart

We gave Mama this Lilac Tree for Mother's Day this year
